  • Global client service partner for key clients in the renewables sector - acting as a business advisor confidant to C suite and primary relationship developer: involves detailed knowledge of sector, firm offerings, excellent communication and inter personnel skills.   • Set the vision and then built the renewables tax practice for UK&I

  • Leading and executing on circa 20 advisory projects per year - tax structuring, tax diligence and corporate advisory projects
  • Head of Tax for Bristol when first made partner, leading a team of 20 delivering circa £7m of fees per annum, managing the service line P&L

Strategic projects for the UK&I board

  • Partner lead of 10 strong partner group to review the firms partner development programme covering entry level partners through to retiring partners. Reporting to the UK&I board. Oversight of the implementation of the programme. A transformational programme for the partner group
  • Led a strategic review for UK&I tax leadership on the Government and Public sector market to assess the opportunities for the tax service line
